Itinerary: Caribbean - Western

Overview
This is definitely a cruise worth considering. The ship is elegant, the food wonderful, and the staff is superior in service.

Public Areas
The public areas are very accessible. There are 2 pools, one for adults only. We spent a lot of time in the casino, and enjoyed the champagne lounge.

Food and Service
The food was outstanding. We had the option of formal dining, an informal buffet in the Windjammer cafe, or 24 hour room service. There was also pizza, burgers and hotdogs served in the Solarium. The service was outstanding, the staff extremely friendly and helpful.

Cabins
We had a superior grade suite with balcony, and LOVED it. Our bathroom sported a tub/shower combination. Our room had a sitting area, as well as the private balcony. We could hear our neighbors partying one evening, but it was quiet overall.

Entertainment
We enjoyed the Broadway Theatre productions very much. This theatre is lovely, and very comfortable. You have a good view wherever you sit. The entertainment was great, and the staff again was very friendly and efficient.

Activities
While onboard, you can while away your time in the casino, see the shows, visit one of the dance clubs, play bingo, enjoy the art auction, visit the onboard shops, or take part in the activities offered such as the guest talent show, men's sexiest legs contest, or the love and marriage game show. The spa offers several make over sessions, and you can sign up for exercise classes at the gym. Child care and babysitting is available days and evenings.

The ports were outstanding.. there just wasn't enough time in port to do everything we wanted to do!

Who Goes
Our fellow passengers were very friendly. Our dinner companions were delightful. I'm not sure we'd invite anyone over for dinner, but we were also on our honeymoon, and kept to ourselves quite a bit. :)
