Itinerary: Caribbean - Western

Overview
My wife and I had a wonderful time on the Seabreeze. The ship is clean and the crew was great. You cannot beat this cruise for the money. The ship is not a neon mega liner but a classic ocean liner that sails smooth in the water. I have been on 9 cruises and this one was very enjoyable. Do not expect glitz and fancy rooms. You will get a wonderful cruise on a classic ship.

Public Areas
The public areas are sufficient, nothing fancy. There is a walk-around promenade and plenty of deck space for sunning or relaxing. The Serenade Lounge is a pleasant room with a piano player and singer. The casino is mid sized, never had to wait for a table or slot. Most of the ships activities are held in the Carmen Lounge. The Royal Fireworks Lounge is a nice place to relax and listen to the combo.

Food and Service
The food in the dining room was excellent as was the service. The breakfast buffet was very good, the food always hot. There are two lunch buffets, one serves sandwiches and salad and the other is more elaborate. Both are good. There is coffee and punch available all day in the Pastorale Cafe.

Cabins
The cabin we had on F deck was quite large with 6 dresser drawers and plenty of closet space. The shower was small but not as small as I have had on other cruises. The cabins were very clean. There is 3 channel radio and you can control the AC.

Entertainment
The entertainment was good the usual magician, comedian and singers. The cruise staff was very friendly and helpful.

Activities
This was the Mayan cruise with stops in Cozumel, Belize, Roatan Honduras and Key West. The ports were very interesting especially if you like to dive. The ship offers the usual activities: bingo, pool games, horse racing, lectures etc.

Who Goes
The passengers range in age from early twenties to senior citizens. Very few children were on this cruise. Fellow passengers were very friendly.
