Itinerary: Caribbean - Eastern

Overview
The Sunbird is a really lovely ship, the service is first class, and the facilities are very good, It is the second time we have been on the Sunbird, and we will be booking again for next year.

Public Areas
All the public areas are spacious, and they are keept very very clean. We have been twice in peek season and we have never felt crowded. The only draw back is that there is supposed to be one pool for adults only, but most parents seem to disregard this, and the crew do not enforce it, which is a shame.

Food and Service
The food on the Sunbird is excelent, the service is first class. There is always food being served somewhere. We prefered the dining room, but self service was good to, Always the staff keept everything very clean.

Cabins
Our cabin was small but had all we needed, there was plenty of closet space, I don't think it is to noisy, but you are on a ship so you must expect some engine noise. The bathroom was small but very clean.

Entertainment
The entertainment was very good, we did get to all the shows, and the comedian was very good to, We did'nt get to one midnight buffet, as we were always worn out and fast asleep by then.

Activities
We don't really take part in onboard activities, but people who did seem to enjoy them, If you don't like that sort of thing, it is not overpowering and in your face. The trips we went on were very good, but it is cheeper to sort your self out when you get off the boat.

Who Goes
It was a very nice group of people on the cruise, quite a few Americans, we were with our own family so we were on a table of our own, so we did'nt get to sit with anyone for long.We like to keep ourselves to ourselves really , and that was not a problem, even with so many people.
