Itinerary: Orient

Overview
We cruised this year in april with Superstar Virgo and did enjoyed everyday and every moment. It would help if people like myself who are cruising for the first time are given a tour of the ship. It would be ideal if there were regular tours for people so that they can find their way around the ship. I found it a little frustrating not knowing my way around and I was embarrassed asking for directions all the time. Whilst my husband and I enjoyed the cruise so much we found that we spent about one day finding our way around. You should identify fist time travelers and offer them tours of the ship if they require so. As my husband and I enjoyed our trip so much we have booked another cruise again this year, leaving on december 29 for the 5 nights cruise. Please consider my suggestion as it would make the ship a little more cruiser friendly. Thank you lia michael email allstar@primus.com.au

Public Areas
We found most areas comfortable and enjoyed the non smoking policy on the ship. the pool was good the casino a little crowded.

Food and Service
We found that the bella vista was more to our liking. the Mediterranean room was always over crowded and we were unable to find a seat. it would be good if you good cater a little more vegetarian food and perhaps and larger range of seafood.

Cabins
We had a balcony room and found that the room itself was large enough but the closet space was very small and we had to leave a lot of our clothes in the suitcase. the shower area was fine. we had a lot of noise with children running up and down the passage way, we were woken each morning by children's screams not a good way to wake up in the morning if you are on holidays.

Entertainment
We attended all the shows including the very late night ones, we again enjoyed all these especially the thai dancers.

Activities
We visited every port the ship stopped at but found that the first place was a waste of time, it would help if the cruise staff could give us more information on the ports before we depart. on board we did most activities but found some of them not suitable for us. the pool was fine we did not visit the health club but will next time

Who Goes
Only some of them. we found that most people were indifferent, they liked to get to every destination first, therefore pushing their way in the lift and around the corridors
