Overview
A very nice ship, good food and excellent entertainment. This was the best cruise we have been on, including, the Raddison Diamond.

Public Areas
The Atrium bar was so peaceful in the late evenings with good drinks and hordourves. We were close enough to the music to hear, but not be over powered by it. The Solarium is the place to be, quite and peaceful. We always had pleasant times in the hot tubs, and enjoyed the hot dogs and cookies. We took the sun aft of the sauna and spa. Again a very peaceful place to be.

Food and Service
My wife and I cruise to enjoy, service, service, service. We tried to always dine in the main dining room. The food would not be considered gourmet, but quite good. Breakfast and Lunch seemed to be a bit under staffed, but we kept going back so it couldn't be that bad. Our waiter and bus person were new but made up for it with good spirits and gave it 110%. The on deck buffet was a little to be desired, but again, we ate our fill and enjoyed the experience.

Cabins
We always book the most economical stateroom available, in this case it was an inside cabin on the 3rd deck. We have no complaints, the steward was attentive with out being, intrusive, the cabin was small but cozy and relatively quite. Not too much storage because we packed for 14 days away from home and with everything in its place.....It just fit. I weigh 220 and had no problems in the shower, except when my wife turned off the hot water.

Entertainment
Denise and I went to every show except two, those being the stage production numbers. The shows we attended were very good and we managed to have good seating 4th or 5th row center every night. We have had better cruise directors and also worse, she did, however, try very hard with a few good jokes.

Activities
We were late getting to Panama, but our tour was fine. We did get back to the ship rather late, and feel we should have had a choice of cancelling the tour if we desired. We also, were not able to dock in Montego Bay, Jamaica. Mobay is a poor place to visit, so not much was lost except port charges( not returned). Weather was poor for most of the trip, so all in all we have little to complain about.

Who Goes
Generally our fellow passengers were as good as one would hope for, we did have the odd person that believed they should come first, and some were very territorial. Mostly older ladies. I wish about 95% of the people we spoke with, ate with etc. would visit us tomorrow.

We have booked back to back cruises on the Vision of the Seas, to Alaska. YEA
