Itinerary: Alaska

Overview
As a young adult as myself, I am very picky to where I go. Our family thought we should try a different vacation. Not the traditional Caribbean beach vacation. So, we decided to set sail with the Rhapsody. From the first minute we came on board, they greeted us with white gloves. It felt as if you were a famous actress or actor. The ship was kept in shape, and really felt like a "floating 5 Star hotel"

Public Areas
Like I said before, I'm young - so the first thing I did was look for all the public areas. I was surprised to find so much. The pool was a good size, with the jacuzzi and kids pool beside it. (it was always maintained) There is a tennis court/volleyball, where a lot of competitions where held. The Casino was always kept busy, even during the day. The bar had great drinks (but a bit too expensive) I think the price shocked a lot of the passengers. It was good to have a little walk around promenade. Great for little gifts. And even for that sweater I bought for that night that was a bit chilly.

Food and Service
The Food Service was excellent. Especially the waiters (what cute and friendly guys)I think that's what I liked best about eating in the dining room. Was the waiters! What a great job they did!!! The midnight buffet was my favorite though, outside. I'm not a big eater, but that kept me waiting up all night to have. Breakfast was served a bit too early though. I must of missed breakfast almost everyday.

Cabins
The Cabins were perfect. In my family there was four of us, so we decided to get to cabins. The showers were just like home. (finally some water pressure!) The basket with the sewing kit, and shampoo came in handy :) There was plenty of space for my mother and I to move around! Great Room!

Entertainment
I attended all the shows every night! They were well prepared, but there could of been some more improvement. I wasn't so impressed by the magician, but the entertainers were good. Especially BINGO, that was fun!! The Disco was good, but after 2:00 it kinda died out!

Activities
I stopped off at every port! The port stops were well chosen! Great places!

Who Goes
The other passengers on the boat were really friendly. I've kept in contact with a lot of them!
