Overview
General overview...I'd do this cruise again in a heartbeat. You'll miss more of the ship then what you can see and do in seven days. First timers and veteran cruisers were extremely impressed. Nobody would be disappointed cruising on this lady.

Public Areas
Too many public areas to describe here. The 500 ft. long royal promenade is the focal point, with beautiful centrums at either end. My favorite hangouts were Dizzy's, The Chamber and the Schooner Bar. No matter what your tastes, you'll find a place to enjoy...varity abounds!

Food and Service
There was notable improvement in the quality of the food since my last RCCL cruise. Everyone at our table agreed on that point. Even a couple from Rome gave the pasta dishes a thumbs-up. Dining room and overall food venues service was good. I passed on the Portifino as $20 per person seemed a little too too!!!

Cabins
We had a category D1 outside/verandah. Quite spacious with adequate storage. A nice touch is the rounded corners on the bed (saves the shins). The shower has curved doors which makes plenty of room for even a 2xl like me. The blow dryer in-room is nice also. Don't take anything out of the mini-fridge unless you want to buy it.

Entertainment
Cruise staff: very good! Entertainment: good to very good, with the ice show being excellent, along with Jeffery Osborne. I don't get into the song/dance shows, but other folks said they were pretty good. I enjoyed the combos at in the lounges quite a lot. Also had a really good halloween parade through the promenade.

Activities
This was the maiden (for profit) voyage, and brought many people from different lands. Lot of positive comments were heard from long time cruisers. Our table mates were fun, and we'll be keeping in contact with them. It's a great part of the cruise experience...making new friends.

Who Goes
Yes. most pleasant.
