We paid top dollar for an Owner's Suite which was very nice, but we felt for the price we paid it should have included a complimentary bar set-up (like Raddison does). Food was less than memorable. Too many babies and small children on board - not our idea of vacation. Many days it took more than 4 complete walks around the deck to find a deck chair. We agree that there was far too much emphasis on tipping and staff reminding us how it important it was that we rated them highly. Although I have sailed many times with this cruise line, they will not be my next choice.

Impossible to find deck chairs. Despite reminders to guests, people would stake out deck chairs leaving a personal article - in some cases tying chairs together! - to "save" their chair while they were off for long period of time.

The casino was okay - not very friendly staff. The slot machines basically just took your money.

Food has definitely gone down in quality but not frequency or quantity available. I'd prefer better quality and less frequency.

Owners Suite was very nice. However, for the top dollar we paid I would have expected a complimentary bar set-up as Raddison supplies.

Avoided them. Again, the quality of entertainers and entertainment has gone down from my earlier cruises.

Primarily ship-offered shore excursions.

We had a strange mix. No, we would not consider asking anyone who was at our table to our home for dinner.
