Overview
Cannot fault the ship or its amenities. The weather was terrible but the ship is very well stabilized and hardly rolled.

What spoiled the experience was the attitude of the staff. My family witnessed an argument in the dinning room between two waiters that came to blows and yet no one intervened. The maitre D of Sabitini's (Italian restaurant) was so miserable I can only assume he was working his notice. We were 15 mins early for our booking, the restaurant was not full and yet he told us to come back at our appointed time. The staff at the pursers desk were quite surly. One evening I was appalled to hear an elderly man being shouted at for daring to step out of line before being invited to do so. We got the impression that there was a lot of unhappiness on this ship and that some staff members saw the passengers as the enemy!

Public Areas
There are 6 pools 1 of which is enclosed. The ship although full never felt full

Food and Service
Food is so so in the buffet and restaurants .The specialty restaurants Sabitini's and the Steak house were well worth the extra money

Cabins
We had a balcony which was well worth the extra. The cabin was well maintained and was quiet despite being near the elevators

Entertainment
Only complaint is that some nights there were 2 different shows in 2 different venues .For example one night there was a magician in the show lounge at the same time there was a production show in the theater

Activities
Bad weather and heavy seas forced cancellation of Grand Cayman. It took 2 hours to tender everyone off at Cozumel.

The weather finally improved by the time we got to Princess Cay and the tendering operation there was a lot smoother.

My 5 year old enjoyed the Kids club. My 2 teenagers were not impressed by their program as were patently most others of their age who made their own entertainment.(My son spoke to several of the counsellors who saw their job as a paid vacation and the children as nuisances)

Who Goes
Thanksgiving week so mainly families
