Overview
I am very disappointed with Princess. This is our 5th cruise with them and the food was terrible.

Public Areas
The public areas are clean and well polished.

Food and Service
My wife and I recently cruised with Princess for the 5th time and we have always had good service and great food, until now. This is the first time I have ever refused cruise food. The dining room meals were unappetizing and of poor quality. I refused to eat all but one meal of beef . The food was well below par on quality. It was suggested that a good meal can be had at the Steak house for $8.00 a person. It makes me feel like Princess is nickel and dimming it's return customers. The crab legs and lobster tails were of poorer quality than Red Lobster. This is the first time we have cruised with a mini-suite at 1000.00 a day. I feel that at 1000.00 a day that I should not have to pay extra to get a good beef meal.

Princess should offer it's suite and mini suite customers vouchers for quality Steak house dining.

The staff service an the ship was up to Princess standards. The cruise staff and ships personnel are always friendly and helpful and we have always been very pleased to sail with Princess until now.

We sailed on the Ocean Princess to Alaska last September and all the meals were of excellent quality. We sailed the Sea to Panama and it was good. What has happened to the Princess quality control?

The response from N. Michelle Gabriel, Vice president of Food and Beverage was to eat more chicken. We spend $20,000 a year with Princess and the management seems to not care at all.I have heard Princess is in financial problems. I would think that they would want to keep good customers?

Cabins
My wife loves the space in the Mini Suites. The marble tiled floors with a large glass enclosed shower and a whirlpool was nice. The closet is a full walk in closet.

Entertainment
Up until now we have travelled with Princess every 6 months and the shows have been the same from year to year.Good variety though.

Activities
Days at sea from Vancouver to Hawaii then cruising Hawaii.

Who Goes
We always meet friendly Canadians on all our cruises. It must be the Canadian air that keeps them so friendly!
