Itinerary: Alaska - Inside Passage
The cruise was a DISASTER!!
On the cruise before us the incompetent Captain crashed this brand new ship into the dock. Instead of cancelling our cruise we were given a small compensation for missing Juneau. We never got to see a glacier because once again the incompetent Captain could not get us thru Tracey Arm. Out of 4 ports we saw 2.
The crew were unfriendly and management has made no effort to make any additional offer to encourage us to try Princess again. My advice-find another cruise line!!!
Cabin was fine.
Entertainment was OK-that's only when and if the sound system was working!!
Get up early to see the glacier at Tracy Arm -- oh wait! We never got to see that either -- the incompetent Captain could not complete the trip in although we saw another ship just ahead of us going to the glacier-what a surprise!!!
The fellow passengers were all rightfully upset.
