Overview
This is all but a new ship and it was beautiful in all aspects. A good cruise with nice ports and two days at sea. Beautiful sites and good service aboard. Freestyle is great, no schedule other than your own. Casual atmosphere prevails. Good activities, entertainment and a nice selection of restaurants. Several fun shore excursions and the opportunity to venture forth on your own if desired. Good security as you get on and off the ship. It took some extra time to get on and off due to this but after 9/11 most people were understanding. A stable ship, one night we had high winds and rough 15 to 18 ft. seas and she was very stable. Slight side to side vibration but no pitching and rolling. Most of the time we had wavelets and ripples. A big ship with a smooth ride.

Public Areas
Nice pools with lots of room for lounges at pool side and on the sky deck. Havana Bar is cigar friendly and very nice it is a part of the Windjammer Bar with good music. Casino has craps, roulette, blackjack, and many slots. Dazzels Disco is great with ample dance floor and seating area. Sports areas are ample, jogging/walking track around one deck with much equipment in the fitness center.

Food and Service
Food was great in the main restaurants with a good selection and the availability of speciality restaurants offering special menus offered many other choices if desired. Service was attentive in all restaurants with a reasonable wine selection. The Great Outdoors Cafe was open 24 hours for snacks. The Chocolate Buffet is not to be missed. Freestyle dining is much better than being locked in to a specific dining time. Eat when you want.

Cabins
BA level cabin with queen bed, couch for sitting with small table and dressing area. Very many drawers for storing clothes and one large closet. Room for luggage under the bed and in the bottom of closet. Private balcony with two chairs and a small table. Small bath with shower, typical of cruise ships. Room size roughly 160 sq. ft. Balcony about 50 sq. ft. Starboard side aft. Quiet and a good ride.

Entertainment
"Twice as Nice" rock and roll combo was very enjoyable. Comedians were funny, "broadway" shows were entertaining by the Jean Ann Ryan Company. Music in the Windjammer was enjoyable.

Activities
Grand Cayman, Roatan, Belize, Cozumel. Toured Grand Cayman with local driver and wandered the shopping areas. Roatan is a third world area around the ship dock. Get a cab and take an island tour to see the beauty of this island. Belize is great for shore excursions, tried the ZOO and downtown area. Cozumel is the best for shopping, food and party time. The sea days were great on each end of the week for relaxing.

Who Goes
Good crowd, ranged from those with children of all ages to seniors and all between, freestyle dining gives you the opportunity to eat with different people each meal. All were happy and enjoying the cruise. Many had cruised on other lines and it was nice to compare notes. Would like to see them again someday.
