Overview
This cruise was a fantastic deal that my ex wife and I planned a year in advance. We even contacted NCL to assure the room we chose would be the one we were booked into. It was our first cruise, and we wanted it to be special. It was that, and more, to say the least!

Public Areas
As our room was located on the Sky Deck, we had quite a distance to walk to our Leeward Dining room, but the Promenades aboard the ship were well appointed and invited strolling, not rushing to the dining room. We loved walking the deck after dark, and the romance imparted to us by the ship.

Food and Service
Our server, Pierre, and the busboy, Jean Claude, were excellent in taking care of us. Anything we requested was placed before us, without a complaint or word of anger. The food in the Leeward dining room was of the quality of Maxims in New York, something we never thought we would encounter aboard a cruise ship!

Cabins
We had a marvelous cabin, more of a suite, with a walk in closet, large bath, King sized bed, sitting area, and three floor to ceiling windows. it was located near the front of the ship, right next to one of the owners suites cabins. It was quiet, and restful, and as for closet space, can you say "WOW"? we had more then enough closet space for the two of us!

Entertainment
Then entertainment was fantastic, even though my ex wife and I never partook of the shows. We decided to make our own entertainment of walking about the ship, during the time of the shows, because we felt like we were on "Our Own Ship", at that time.

Activities
We stopped at St. Maartins, St. Thomas and Great Stirrup Cay, where my wife was treated to swimming with the fish. She was near a gap in the breakwater area, and swam back to me. I looked down, and saw a school of fish swimming around her in a circle. She was enthralled to say the least, and had tears of joy in her eyes.

Who Goes
We really didn't mingle with the other passengers. I am sorry to say that, but we wished more to be by ourselves on that cruise. I am sorry to say, that shortly after that cruise, my wife and I separated, but still planned on taking another cruise together, as dear friends can do, and enjoying it more the second time.
