Overview
Being Wheel chair bound I had special needs ie Handicap room facilities and close to all amenities so my wife( carer) could enjoy too,I found all this and more.

Public Areas
If we wanted rowdy entertainment,or a more secluded corner to just enjoy soft piano music,or just read a book ,all these were only a few moments away.Daily walks were organised which were good for the able.I took advantage of one of the three spas while others may prefer a swim in the generous pool.

Food and Service
Beyond my wildest dreams. If I felt like dressing up there was ale carte dining,or the buffet for a quick in out meal.My favourite was a barbecue round the spas in which I could partake of in my bathers. Wherever we dined the food and service were first class.

Cabins
Being a handicapped person`s cabin I expected and got a generous cabin with plenty of room to manoeuvre my wheelchair. The shower was more than I expected with handrails and a lift up shower seat, there was also plenty of room to sit at the wash basin so shaving was a breeze. The cabin was fairly noisy(air conditioner)And I must say the bed was spacious enough but fairly hard.

Entertainment
The quality of the entertainers (and there were plenty of them) was 'night club' standard, with something for every one I believe. The staff were exemplarily and made me feel that I was special to them.I was amazed that most new me by my first name.

Activities
After leaving Sydney we stopped at five islands from New Caledonia to Vanuatu. There is a pool and three spas, also a gym for those inclined. Deck quoutes and a golf range were also popular,as was the casino.Parents could leave their children in good hands.I remember seeing parties of children walking round the ship apparently having a great time.

Who Goes
I would love to have the friends I made over for dinner but unfortunately they live on the other side of Australia.Being a pensioner I found I was among folk of my vintage, but also had many a yarn with younger people even a honeymoon couple who were having a great time.I have never met so many people so easy to get along with, both passengers and staff.
