This is the most miserable holiday I have ever been on in my life. I have never been so depressed! My wife has now left me as a result.

Got to say that the public areas were not too bad. I think that they have been recently refurbished. Swimming pool was very cold and very small even for a midget like me (I'm 5ft 4 in.)

Food was diabolical. I'm no snob but I could get a better meal at McDonald's any day. My Dinner was cold and I don't think that any of the waiters were able to understand what I was asking for. Prices for soft drinks were pretty high (#1.20).

Our shower room was grotty and in fact I was a bit scared that I might catch Legionnaires Disease from using it! Cabin was not too bad however. Liked the curtains and my wardrobe was not too bad a size. Our Cabin Boy kept the cabin quite clean - just a shame about the bathroom.

Entertainment was not too bad. Liked the man with the performing singing monkey who could eat crisps and sing at the same time. I also liked the woman with the red dress who was singing a song about a 3 legged camel.

The pool as I say was a bit too small. Went on excursions but think they were a little too expensive.

Fellow passengers seemed very nice. Met a nice couple from Glasgow called Fiona and Frank. Both seemed very nice and as they said it's nice to get rid of the kids for a week!
