This ship was sold to us as a 4 star cruise. The lifts were always breaking down, the toilets never worked, the food was disgusting...you do not expect the same starters and chicken legs 3 nights out of seven. Many people were ill due to lack of hygiene. Greasy plates and luke warm food we suspect. The ship leaked oil in Ville france. A complete nightmare.

The Staff made it as complicated to eat in the a la carte restaurant. The draught lager was often off and tins were given instead, not 4 star I feel.
Not only the toilet never worked properly but the bathroom floor was all cracked and dangerous.
None.
The day trips were a shambles and people did not get what they paid for.
This was the only thing that saved our whole holiday, we all met in the face of adversity in the first night and supported each other throughout including one poor guy who spent #600 and a night in the hospital due to a mysterious stomach bug.
