Overview
My 1st cruise the cruise was fantastic.

Public Areas
Everything was comfortable all the rooms and lounges were great casino fine pool too cold and hot tubs are suppose to be hot they were cold.

Food and Service
Food was fantastic loved everything except coffee it was too too strong I like black coffee but even putting cream in did not make it any better. Service great felt like a VIP.

Cabins
Cabin was great just needed space for luggage but everything was great in room.

Entertainment
I attended every show at night the entertainers were great like being at the las vegas shows the staff were very good and polite helpful to us.

Activities
On board enjoyed shows the games they played on ship. We took every tour spain, Tunisia, italy, france bad on Tunisia we were in tour bus accident and feel costa did not get involved with us that were hurt two people were taken by cab to ship hospital the rest waited along time for bus to pick us up but they took us to finish tour instead of showing concern and taking us back to ship and making sure we were ok most were in a state of shock I hurt my knee and chest and walking did not help I am still suffering a painful knee going for therapy since trip. I felt that costa showed no concern. We should have been taken care of and were not the two that missed out for a couple of days got nothing at all other then not to have to pay for that tour. But they could have checked us out or showed some concern. Sending flowers or a basket of fruit to the people that were hurt would have been nice or some sort of concern but none of us were even asked if we were ok they just told us if anyone need to go to see the ship doctor they did not tell us they would take care of it and I saved for along time for this trip and did not want to miss anything so I suffered thru to see all I could and I am still hurting but you don,t care.

Who Goes
Passengers that spoke English here great we made friends actually most passengers were very nice a lot were rude because you can't understand someone is no reason to be rude. The ones I met are welcome to come have dinner in my home anytime.
