Overview
We took a great vacation with our 3 children . we had adjoining cabins and it was a terrific set up. The service at times left a lot to be desired but over all the ship and its amenities was pretty good. There is plenty of entertainment and great ports of call - though you are not there very long. Embarkation and disembarkation is smooth. The ship is beautiful and there is great food. better than expected. The Kid's camp carnival is tremendous and the counselors are wonderful. A wonderful way to take a family vacation!!!!

Public Areas
The Irish seas bar with the piano guy was the best entertainment. There is a place to play chess, a coffee bar and an internet lounge (@.75 per min.)A large casino and lots of night life and dancing.... Wow.... they did a fantastic job creating many wonderful public areas. They though fun deck parties and have the best 24 hour pizza. the pools are not very large... but the water slide is worth at least one ride on. there is a beautiful spa with lots of luxuries to choose from. Pricey--- but ... who is counting, your on vacation ... right?

Food and Service
The food was very good, Better than I expected. the midnight buffet had a great spread every night. a crowded but fabulous gala buffet one night. There is various alternative eating places that were all pretty good. The dining room food was delicious.... the service was the only bum side to it... Lets hope it was just our waiter and is not typical of others' experience.

Cabins
The cabins were roomy and plentiful we had Riviera deck ocean view cabins adjoining.... plenty of room for 5 people for a week. more than ample closet and drawer space and they had irons and sample baskets for every thing you need.

Entertainment
Great Las Vegas type shows and a funny passenger talent show! We spent more time at the casino and the piano bar in the Irish seas lounge

Activities
Great child care facilities..... it was 3$ per hour after 10 pm..... child care was available all day for the most part. Pools were small and the health club was clean and well equipped. the staff obviously work on commission as there is a hard sell if you partake in any services. 25$ hair spray! beware! they are sneaky and the bill adds up.

Who Goes
Average ages on the cruise were 25-42... a fun bunch of people that made the cruise more enjoyable
