Overview
Overall,I had a good time. A lot had to do with the friends that I was traveling with. We made our own fun. My biggest concern is the lack of good customer service skills displayed by the majority of the staff. I'm in a customer service related industry and was hoping to receive the same excellence that I provide to my customers, after all I was on vacation the shoe was on the other foot now To sum it up I didn't get any of that Kathie Lee sort of enthusiasm that this cruise line promotes from the staff. There is one exception however, and that is our cruise director. I really liked him he made me laugh.

Public Areas
I felt comfortable in all areas of this ship. I enjoyed the LIDO deck the most. At times it was hard to find a lounge chair in order to lay in the sun. I didn't go swimming because the pool looked kind of rotted. The entertainment on the LIDO was fun.

Food and Service
While on my cruise I had two good meals that were served in the main dining room. The buffet was rotted, but I ate anyway. There was a sandwich that I order a couple of times from room service it was a shrimp salad. Exciting huh?

Cabins
I liked my cabin I felt really comfortable there. There was plenty of space! It was very restful there. I don't think that I've ever slept better in my whole life!

Entertainment
I've already mentioned my thoughts earlier on the quality of the staff. To sum it up I think there needs to be more training were the staff is concerned, maybe some lessons in the English language and I'm not saying this in a hateful way I really feel this was where a lot of my frustration came from, its like nobody understood my needs the majority of the staff would just give me blank stares when I asked for assistance. Not a good feeling when your on a vacation!!!!!!

Now as for the entertainment, we loved it! We saw a show on the last night of our trip and believe it or not were still talking about it! The show took me through a range of emotions. I felt our entertainment was first rate!

Activities
There's something for everybody on board the ship. I chose to hang out and enjoy the fun and sun on the LIDO deck!!! Our first stop was in KEY WEST can you say shopping????? The next stop was Cozumel, spelling? ya, know MEXICO!!!! I went snorkeling for the first time! I regret that I ran out of time for shopping while I was there!!!!! What was really fun was the deck party that the ship hosted as we left port that night. EVERYONE GOT REAL CRAZY!!!!!!!

Who Goes
I met very nice people who were seated at my dinner table, and yes, we all agreed to try and stay in touch! All I can say is there were so many different types of people it was hard to keep up with everyone! If you like people watching then take a cruise!!!!!!!!!!
