Casino people were not informative, pools looked dirty around sides. We had signed up last year as players club members but was not told til the last day we had to sign up again on this cruise, so all the playing we did was a waste.

I have never had so many hamburgers/hotdogs on a cruise before that is all we had at lunch time. We had breakfast one day in the dining room and it was burned beyond eating. One day I called and asked for coffee to be sent to my room, and was told that would be 45 min. wait. That is not room service to me - it was only coffee.

Cabin had plenty of room. The noise was unbearable. From the ship shaking and the noise from sewer lines the first two nights we did not get any sleep.

There was a group of 22 of us all travel on cruises together for the last 5 years. My friend and I get this group together every year.
