Overview
This is an excellent budget cruise. The food was superb and entertainment was good. The boat is medium sized, and kept very clean. The seven days at sea where full of entertainment, and with 5 meals a day you were kept busy. The only problem on sea days was getting a sun lounger. Seasoned cruisers stated that the food/dining room waiters were better than the top/expensive cruisers, and waiting staff far more professional.

Public Areas
The ship has lots of little hideaway areas that you can sit and watch the world go by. There are 2 medium sized swimming pools, which was good as generally the same age group went to each pool, so the older passengers didn't get annoyed by the youngsters and visa versa. There is an internet room that was suprisingly cheap to use for checking and sending emails. My favorite area was the casino, all the staff were fun and entertaining, it's small, but big enough. It was a laugh every night, great passengers there as well.

Food and Service
Fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for the waiters. They entertained us every night with songs and magic tricks. Making things from napkins and telling jokes. I cannot fault them at all. Some of them entertain as good as professionals. Good cultural mix as well. English spoken fluently by all.

Cabins
The cabins are smallish but adequate, we only really slept and changed in there, shower was small, but I am large, 6'2" and 17stone, and found the shower okay, sometimes the curtain went places it shouldn't. Kept really clean, twice a day.

Entertainment
I attended half the shows, and enjoyed them. I would wonder how the non british would take them however. Cruise staff were plastic in attitude, but professional at all times, the waiting staff could of given them tips on being less plastic and more spontaneous. Their smiles were drawn on.

Activities
We had 7 days at sea then took in 7 ports. San Juan was a total waste of time. The American immigration were so severe, and pedantic that it took from 8am till 2pm!! Until we could get off the boat, we then had to board for 5pm sailing. Why the hell we went there amazed us all, the Americans wouldn't stand this treatment. Grand Cayman and St Martin were favorites. We also went to Jamaica, St Kitts, Puerto Rico, and Antigua. Swimming with the dolphins was really great for them that did it, and we swam with the sting rays which was unbelievable.

Who Goes
Nearly all British on this trip, but normally 50% Brits 50% mixed. The passengers were fun and met some lovely people, even the grumpy ones smiled once or twice.

Age was to the elderly on the whole but there was a good age mix, around 2/3rds
