Itinerary: Caribbean - Southern

Overview
As this was my first trip on a cruise ship I was very pleased with it,I took two weeks sailing both the east and west of the caribbean,It was truly wonderful the itinerary was well thought of,Food was excellent but most of all the staff on the ship made our holiday that little more special, Always happy greeting us with a smile, I can honestly say i never stopped smiling throughout the whole holiday, A truly wonderful time was had and i will most certainly be going aboard again in the very near future,With lots to do or simply do nothing but eat and soak up the atmosphere,I will recommend anyone to try the sunbird cruises they will enjoy every minute.

Public Areas
The public areas were well kept always clean with plenty of room for everyone, i never felt that there were as many as 1500 passengers on board. The pool was never crowded and was lovly for cooling of on the days at sea, All the lounges were nice to sit in of an evening and take a look at the shows or listen to the bands play..

Food and Service
The food was not as i expected it was wonderful, there was so much to eat you just simply could not fit all in lots of different foods to try if you felt like being informal you could eat in the lido with a good menu to choose from different every day,or if you did not want any special you could have burger and chips, or if you felt like sitting down in the seven seas restaurant you would always be sure of good food and company, with waiters happy to serve you and always greeting you with a smile.

Cabins
Well I stayed in cabin on deck 2 with two single beds shower room, cupboard, dresser, safe deposit box, there was more than enough room and slept well i did not hear any noise from any other passengers and the cabin steward always kept the cabin clean and tidy,it was more than big enough i was never in it far to much to do!! I would have a window next time as i did find it quite strange waking up with no daylight.

Entertainment
The entertainment was great with cabaret shows and live music to listen to,a great orchestra, and if you fancied something tamer there was the clipper bar with live pianist,or if that was not enough to keep you going the Neptunes nightclub would keep you dancing until the early hours of the morning.

Activities
Always something to do from wooden horse racing on the pool deck to aqua aerobics, a sauna and gym just incase you ate to much, the sports deck offered various activities,we stopped at Barbados, Antigua, ST Marteen, ST Kitts, Aruba, Margarita, Grenada, ST Lucia lots to see and do with all manners of trips like snorkeling scuba diving, catamaran trips around the islands just to name a few.

Who Goes
After a couple of days all passengers had settled down and it was all like one happy family
