Itinerary: Caribbean - Southern
It was wonderful. There was so much to see and do both on and off the ship. The problem was trying to decide which excursions to take. It was my husband's 1st cruise - we had a great time.
Wonderful...but the promenade had stairs or a ramp to negotiate, it was not flat all the way around, but there were many places to walk.
Food was excellent as was the service. Main restaurant and Lido Cafe open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lido Cafe open for early coffee. Elevenses and Baguettes served pool side. Themed midnight buffets every night. Also 9 bars on board.
Lots of closet space, showers/bathrooms small but adequate. If larger person a little difficult, but manageable. We had a group of high school students around us and they were fairly quiet, but could hear the phone ringing in the next cabin.
Shows and entertainment were awesome!!!
Always plenty of activities on board. Went from Aruba to Barbados, St.Lucia, Grenada, Margarite Island, Curacao and back to Aruba. Lots of shore excursions - something for everyone. 2 pools with sea water. Special club for children. Casino, 9 bars, 2 restaurants. Games, dance lessons, napkin folding, captain's cocktail party....
Lots of Canadian and British. We met up with 3 other couples that we intend to stay in touch with. We are planning a June/July barbecue and possibly cruising with them next year!!
