Overview
We loved the passengers and our cabin boy. he cleaned over 30 cabins and worked longer hours than posted to keep his rooms in good shape. It was a Scream Cruise not a dream cruise. The brochure and the cruise are two different items. The Indonesian waiters were rude and ridiculed passengers and used Gestapo tactics to seat individuals at breakfast and lunch. The food was recycled and mediocre. The outside eating area had food left on the tables all day. The ship had mechanical problems, did not have the allotted times in ports and gave scanty information. The Apple representative was elusive. We waited 14 hours to get there and 14 hours back. We ate breakfast at 12:45 P.M. because the stewardesses did not come into work for the flight. The seats are cramped and the bathroom facilities on the plane were deplorable.

Public Areas
No television was turned on even though there were sets throughout the ship. The radios in our rooms were not working and announcements were not always heard. The survival drill was haphazard and frightening...it was pretty much get out and jump! The pool was too small and there was debris and sediment on the bottom.

Food and Service
Buffet on deck was terrible and tables were cleared of dishes but never wiped off. There were crumbs. In the dining room you were told where to sit and every Indonesian in the dining room displayed an attitude problem, especially if you asked for something. Getting water was very difficult. If you had medication to take..good luck. The New year's Eve dinner was superb!

Cabins
No..too tight to take a shower. Plumbing was old and needed replacement and/or repair. The mattresses were up on the ends and down in the middle. When we asked for some plywood or a board for under our bed, our cabin steward assured us we could have them. When we returned we found six pillows had been placed under the mattress and cardboard from fruit cartons were laid on top of them.Very small and this cabin was on the Promenade deck.

Entertainment
Good comics but mainly British humor. Hard to follow.

Activities
None...just a pool and the deck. The movies were three to four years old. NO TV in the room, so no news, papers, or any other entertainment. The child care available was preposterous and would have been closed down in a city area. Small room and TV that did not work and many ages all mixed together. Fitness club was small and difficult to get in.

Who Goes
Yes, they were lovely and we met many wonderful people. As the week went on we realized everyone was disgusted and would never use this cruise line again.
