When she enters service in Fall of 2009, she will be the longest, widest, tallest, and biggest cruise ship in the world.

Zip Line (Deck: 16) - A zip line, a thrilling new feature suspended nine decks above Boardwalk. Adventurers will take in a birds-eye view of the action below, as the rider speeds diagonally across the open air atrium – a distance of more than 82 feet (25 meters).

Breeze (Deck: 15)

Sea Trek (Deck: 15) - Dive Shop.

Fuel (Deck: 15) - A teens-only club where young adults can hang out, dance and enjoy music.

Concierge Lounge (Deck: 12, 11) - Concierge Lounge

Library (Deck: 11) - Take a moment to sit down and browse through a magazine, take a look at the newspapers, or pick out a book that you'd really like to read.

Central Park (Deck: 8) - Central Park will feature distinctive neighborhoods with shops, restaurants and lounges of all types. No matter what your mood is, you will be sure to find something to your taste in Central Park. A wide variety of restaurants will be offered ranging from elegant dining to a more relaxed atmosphere. Seven different bars including the Rising Tide bar will be scattered all along Central Park. Central Park features serene pathways, seasonal flower gardens and canopy trees. Central Park is lined with balcony staterooms and extends an amazing six decks high.

150 Central Park (Deck: 8) - The most exclusive dining venue on the ship, 150 Central Park will combine leading-edge cuisine with modern design. An observation window into the kitchen of this stylish restaurant will give Central Park passersby the opportunity to observe the executive chef in action. Open for dinner.

Antonio's Table (Deck: 8) - Influenced by the Tuscan countryside, Antonio’s will be a casual new Italian restaurant concept offering toasted herbal breads, pizzas, salads, pastas, Italian sandwiches, braised meat dishes and stews. Rustic with a contemporary flair, dishes will be served family-style in an indoor and outdoor setting to provide an alfresco experience in Central Park. Open for lunch and dinner.

Central Park Cafe (Deck: 8) - A casual dining choice providing a high level of variety and flexibility, Central Park Café will be an indoor/outdoor gourmet market with walk-up counters. From freshly prepared salads and made-to-order sandwiches to paninis, crepes and hearty soups, guests will order directly from the chefs behind the food stations. European pastries, sublime chocolates and decadent fudge will round out the offerings. Open for breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner and late night treats.

Chops Grille (Deck: 8) - Continuing the tradition, Royal Caribbean’s popular signature steak house will offer premium cut, quality meats in an upscale, contemporary setting. Open for dinner.

Vintages Wine Bar (Deck: 8) -Always a popular hot spot for Royal Caribbean guests on Voyager- and Freedom-class ships, the Vintages wine bar will evolve into a larger space on Oasis of the Seas, offering a variety of options for those seeking a tropical white Riesling or a mocha-inflected Merlot. Great for a pre-dinner rendezvous, Vintages also will provide a selection of cheeses and a full tapas menu to accompany a robust selection of fine wines. Open for lunch and dinner.

Parkside Gallery (Deck: 8) - Art gallery.

Canopy Bar (Deck: 8) - The Oasis of the Seas Crystal Canopies are two impressive arched glass domes. One canopy features a bar and the other is the central point of Central Park and also provides a glimpse into the ship's inner public venues.

Rising Tide Bar (Deck: 7, 6, 5) - The unique Rising Tide bar – the first moving bar at sea – will be an engineering feat that span three decks and allow cruisers to enjoy a cocktail as they slowly descend from Central Park and arrive into the Royal Promenade.

Boardwalk Carousel (Deck: 6) - A one-of-a-kind and first-ever at sea carousel, the centerpiece of Boardwalk. Specially hand-crafted for Royal Caribbean from poplar wood, the full-sized, traditional carousel will take six to eight months to complete. It will feature 21 figures suspended from stainless steel poles, showcasing a time-honored menagerie of animals such as zebras, giraffes and lions, alongside a variety of hand-painted horses, including a princess horse and a crowned frog prince.

Johnny Rockets (Deck: 6) - Modeled after an authentic 1950s diner, this 24-hour restaurant features indoor and outdoor seating, a jukebox full of golden oldies, and the kind of food and ice cream treats for which diners are famous.

Madame Zamara's (Deck: 6) - Psychic and tattoo parlor.

Aqua Theater (Deck: 6, 5, 4, 3) - Get ready to relax and be entertained! The Royal Caribbean AquaTheater is truly a revolutionary idea that provides guests with an oversized pool to lounge out in during the day. And, at night the pool transforms into an outdoor entertainment venue that provides water, light and acrobatic shows.

Royal Promenade (Deck: 5) - The Royal Promenade will be home to a vast array of shopping, dining and entertainment options including, the Rising Tide bar, the first moving bar at sea, which will traverse three decks and allow cruisers to enjoy a cocktail as they slowly ascend into Central Park.

A Close Shave (Deck: 5) - At A Close Shave, gentleman can get a haircut, shave or shoe shine.

Cafe Promenade (Deck: 5) - This "sidewalk" cafe is the ideal place to spend a leisurely hour or two with the morning paper, a cup of cappuccino, and the crossword puzzle, or just sit and enjoy the scenery.

Champagne Bar (Deck: 5) - A quiet, elegant bar serving champagne, sparkling wine and your favorite cocktails.

Globe and Atlas Pub (Deck: 5) -A focal point will be a giant copper globe sculpture built into the facade above the Globe and Atlas Pub, which will “crack open” to create a spectacular, surprise element for guests, as it unfurls on hinged hydraulics and becomes a bridge platform for performances.

Mondo Coffee Bar (Deck: 5) - Coffee Bar.

Dining
Central Park will include an array of restaurants, with choices ranging from fine dining to casual chic. Guests will have the option of an elegant dinner at the new 150 Central Park or a picnic lunch from the more casual Central Park Café, where they can sit outdoors and observe.

Other dining choices will include: Giovanni’s Table, an Italian restaurant; Vintages wine bar; and Royal Caribbean’s signature Chops Grille steak house.

Cabins
Oasis of the Seas features 2,700 staterooms including a portfolio of 37 categories of accommodations options with unique views. These range from inside to two story loft suites.

The following is a summary of the cabin categories available on Oasis of the Seas:

Lofts

The Royal Loft Suite (1) offers a living room and dining room with a dry bar. One bedroom with convertible twins on the main level, bathroom withshower on the main level. Loft Master Suite on the upper level with a master bath withtub/ shower, two sinks, bidet, and stairway to upper level. Private balcony with whirlpool and dining area withdry bar. This category can hold up to six guests. Can be adjoined with one (1) Crown Loft Suite; staterooms 1740 and 1738. (1524 sq. ft. / balcony 843 sq. ft.)

The Sky Loft Suite (2) offers a living room and dining room with a dry bar. Master suite on the upper level with a master bath withshower and stairway to loft. Private balcony and dining area. Two (2) Suites can be adjoined; staterooms 1718 and 1720. (722 sq. ft. / balcony 410 sq. ft.)

The Crown Loft Suite (25) offers living room with sofa able to convert to double bed, dining room withdry bar, table/desk, and stairway to loft. 2 bedrooms: Master suite on the second level with a master bath; Master bedroom with convertible twins. Bathroom with shower. Private balcony withchairs. The accessible stateroom has an elevator. One (1) Loft Suite can be adjoined with the Royal Loft Suite; staterooms 1740 and 1738. (545 sq. ft. / balcony 114 sq. ft.)

Suites

The Royal Suite (1) offers a grand entrance with door bell and a piano, a living room withsofa which converts to a double bed, dining room withdry bar, entertainment center, and guest bathroom with shower. A Master suite withqueen bed & sitting area, master bath withtub and shower, two sinks, and bidet. Private balcony withJacuzzi and dining area. (1274 sq. ft. / balcony 334 sq. ft.)

The Presidential Family Suite (1) offers a living room withsofa which converts to a double bed, a dining room with dry bar, and a guest bathroom withshower. Two (2) master suites with convertible twins, two master baths withtubs, two (2) additional bedrooms withconvertible twins/ Two (2) pullman, and one (1) of the bedrooms has its own bathroom withshower. A private balcony with a whirlpool, dining area, and a bar. A minimum of eight (8) guests are needed to book this accommodation, but is able to hold up to fourteen (14) guests. Can be held as a Family Stateroom. (1142 sq. ft. / balcony 476 sq. ft.)

The AquaTheater Suite (2) offers a marble entry, living area withsofa that converts to a double bed, entertainment center, and dining room. Two bedrooms withbeds which convert to queen and two Pullman beds, vanity withchair in each bedroom. Two bathrooms, master bath withtub. Private elegant and high hand balcony withtable & chairs. A dry bar with mini refrigerator. Can hold up to eight (8) guests. (823 sq. ft. / balcony 772 sq. ft.)

The Owner Suite (10) offers a queen-size bed, private balcony, private bathroom and a separate living area with queen-size sofa bed. (556 sq. ft. / balcony 213 sq. ft.)

The Royal Family Suite (4) holds two bedrooms with twin beds that convert to queen-size beds (one room with third and fourth Pullman beds), a private balcony, two bathrooms and living area with double sofa bed. Can be held as a Family Stateroom, can hold up to eight (8) guests. (580 sq. ft. / balcony 230 sq. ft.)

The Grand Suite (30) offers two twin beds (can convert into queen-size), private balcony, sitting area (some with sofa) and private bathroom. (370 sq. ft. / balcony 105 sq. ft.)

The Junior Suite (86) offers two twin beds (can convert into queen-size), private balcony, sitting area (some with sofa) and private bathroom. Eight (8) staterooms out of this category can hold up to five (5) guests. (287 sq. ft. / balcony 80 sq. ft.)

Family

The Family Stateroom with Balcony (7) offers two twins which cam be converted to a queen size bed. A sofa which can be converted to a double bed, two Pullman beds. Private bathroom withshower and vanity area withchair. Ocean view balcony. The accessible Family Balcony stateroom will feature a roll in shower and a larger Ocean view balcony. Can be held as a Family Stateroom. Category can hold up to six (6) guests. (271 sq. ft. / balcony 82 sq. ft.)

The Family Oceanview stateroom (8) offers two twins which can be converted to a queen size bed. A sofa which can be converted to a double bed, two Pullman beds. Private bathroom withshower and vanity area withchair. Ocean View window. Can be held as a Family Stateroom. Category can hold up to six (6) guests. (271 sq. ft.)

The Family Inside stateroom (4)offers two twin beds (can convert into queen-size) and private bathroom. Can be held as a Family Stateroom. Category can hold up to six (6) guests. (260 sq. ft.)

Central Park

Oasis of the Seas Under Construction. When she launches in late 2009, Oasis of the Seas will be the largest and most revolutionary cruise ship in the world..The Central Park View (148) stateroom with Balcony offers two twins which convert to a queen size bed with private bathroom withshower, vanity area withchair, and sofa. Smoking is not permitted on the balcony. (182 sq. ft. / balcony 52 sq. ft.)

The Central Park View stateroom (70) offers two twins which converts to queen size bed with private bathroom with shower and vanity area withchair and sofa. (199 sq. ft.)

Boardwalk

The Boardwalk View stateroom with Balcony (142) offers two twins which convert to queen size bed with private bathroom withshower, vanity area withchair, and sofa. Balcony will overlook the Boardwalk neighborhood. Thirteen (13) staterooms out of the B1 categories can hold up to five (5) guests. Smoking is not permitted on the balcony. (182 sq. ft. / balcony 52 sq. ft.)

The Boardwalk View stateroom (8) offers two twins which can be converted to a queen size bed. Private bathroom withshower and vanity area withchair. (191 sq. ft.)

Royal Promenade

Promenade stateroom (18) offers a view of the Royal Promenade with bowed windows, two twin beds (can convert into queen-size) and private bathroom. Three (3) staterooms out of this category can hold up to five guests. (194 sq. ft.)

Staterooms

Superior Oceanview staterooms with Balcony (1310) offer two twin beds (can convert into queen-size), sitting area (some with sofa bed), private balcony and private bathroom. The D1 category has a larger balcony. Thirty (30) staterooms out of the D4 category and twenty-seven (27) staterooms out of the D3 category can hold up to five (5) guests. (182 sq. ft. / balcony 80 sq. ft.)

The Standard Oceanview stateroom (169) offers two twin beds (can convert into queen-size) and private bathroom. Nineteen (19) statrrooms out of the I categories can hold up to five (5) guests. (179 sq. ft.)

The Standard Inside stateroom (474) offers two twin beds (can convert into queen-size) and private bathroom. (172 sq. ft.)

Who Goes
Anyone who wants lots of action, good night life, and doesn't mind being around lots of people should be pleased with the Oasis of the Seas. You will find all age groups, many nationalities, many income brackets. Whenever a ship carries this many passengers, you're bound to find pleasant company.

Itinerary
Bookings for Oasis of the Seas will open September 3, 2008. The ship's homeport is Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Oasis of the Seas will begin her inaugural season with 19 consecutive seven-night sailings to the Eastern Caribbean, with ports of call at Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas; Philipsburg, St. Maarten; and Nassau, Bahamas. Starting May 1, 2010, Oasis of the Seas will alternate its Eastern Caribbean itinerary with the Western Caribbean itinerary, which will call at Labadee, Royal Caribbean's private beach destination in Haiti; the new port of Falmouth, Jamaica; and Cozumel,

The HEAVY WORD
If you like to be with people - lots of people - and are looking for a land based resort gone to sea, then you will probably like Oasis of the Seas. She attracts a lot of first time cruisers and offers the widest array of activities afloat - but she is so big that you may very well forget you are at sea.
