Overview
She originally entered service in May of 2000 for the Delta Queen Steamboat Company and was acquired by Majestic America in 2006 when the company was formed.

Public Areas
Columbia Queen brings contemporary small-ship cruising to the rivers of the Northwest. This vessel combines state-of-the-art propulsion and navigation systems with luxurious elements typical of much larger luxury vessels. Onboard are spacious public rooms filled with richly polished woodwork and plush seating, Tiffany & Co. chandeliers, and artwork inspired by the Pacific Northwest.

The Explorer Bar, a popular meeting place, paneled in mahogany and featuring a beautiful oak bar and baby-grand piano; the Lewis & Clark Lounge, offering a comfortable retreat for pre-dinner drinks and hors d'oeuvres; and the cozy Purser's Lobby.

Cabins
Each of the 75 spacious staterooms aboard the Columbia Queen is equipped with welcome modern guest amenities such as satellite TV/DVD players, ship-to-shore telephones and glass-enclosed showers. Many offer private verandahs or French balconies. The also include: beds featuring custom deluxe matress, high thread-count linens, deluxe duvet and pillows, Premium bathrobes, Massage showerhead, Makeup mirror, Deluxe towels, Hair dryer, Deluxe bath amenities, Television, DVD and sound system, Telephone, and individually controlled heat and air conditioning

Dining
The elegant Astoria Room is the setting for a sumptuous breakfast or lunch and five-course dinners featuring sophisticated Northwest cuisine. After dinner, the space transforms into the Columbia Queen's showroom. In addition, the sunny, white-washed Back Porch provides round the clock coffee and Continental snacks throughout the day.
