Public areas are located on decks 4, 7, 8 and 9. Passengers enter the ship through the Atrium which is located on 4 deck. The Atrium spans seven decks and includes a Piano Bar in the base. Just ahead of the Atrium on 4 deck is the Grand Lounge where evening shows are presented. Moving aft from the Atrium is the Promenade which includes the Ships Bar and Cocktail lounge. Next is the smallish Casino Royale and Havana Club lounge and several small shops.

Two speciality restaurants flank the ship's main restaurant, Europa which seats 336 passengers at a sitting. The speciality restaurants Venezian and Oriental seat 44 and 32 passengers and offer Italian and Oriental menus respectively.

The ships Europa Spa is located midships on Deck 7 and includes a workout area, beauty salon, solarium and massage and sauna facilities. Moving aft from the Spa area is a golf simulator, small putting green and the children's play area. Outside on Deck 7 are two driving ranges and an area for deck games.

Deck 8 includes two pools, the aft Lido Pool which can be covered by a retractable magrodome roof in inclimate weather. The Lido Café and Lido Bar are also located in this area. The main pool area is located mid ship and includes a small stage and Pool Bar. Forward on Deck 8 is a small movie theatre with seating for 44, a large library and the Club Belvedere lounge which overlooks the ship's bow.

Deck 9 includes an open deck area for sun bathing towards the aft part and some of the nicer passenger suites forward. Deck 10, is primarily dedicated to the Grand Suites and ships facilities.

Overall level of service and quality of food on board are excellent.
